Hi,
I have tired to change the IP address on a Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL. However I couldn't log on using the new IP Address, thus I have no access to the UPS management Interface
Is there any way to reload the default network settings on Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL. I have seen that there is a RESET button. but I am not sure of the UPS behavior especially it is on full production.
Thanks

Hi odenna,
Depending on the network management card that is installed on your UPS, the reset button could reboot the network card or reset it to defaults. Pressing the Reset Button on the NMC should not affect the operation of your UPS. How did you change the IP address of the network card?
To troubleshoot your issue, can you tell us the colors and status of the LEDs on the network card? This would help us determine if it has a valid IP settings. To have an idea on what are the different ways that you can use to set up an IP address on an NMC, please search for FA156064 on our FAQ Page > FAQ. Can you also tell us the part number of the network card that you are using?
