Reason: Channel Access Denied
Is anyone familiar with this? Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks again for your help. It seems like every thing in your response was responsible. 🙂 There were bad cat5 cables (the network manager wanted them all one color, so he had someone on staff make them), there were ports on the switch that apparently weren't working...it was a nightmare. Thanks again, Winna.

do you mind posting a screenshot?
can you log into the KVM this server is on and access it that way? also, if you view it through the KVM's web interface or local OSD, what does the icon next to it (indicating status) mean? it should be a red X, yellow or green circle.
could anyone else be logged into this server? does it only happen on this particular server or anything you access through the network access software?
what model KVM is this server attached to and what server module type/model are you using?
thanks.

I can log into the KVM. Viewed through the KVM's web interface, the icon next to the server is a red X.

There is no one else logged into the server. Most of the servers accessed on this KVM via the network access software are accessible. There may be one more that is not, but I figured if I could fix one, I could fix the others.

The KVM model is AP5610, and the server modules are AP5631/USB
thanks.

okay. the red X indicates the server module is offline. can you possibly check the server module connection to that server? on the actual AP5631 server module dongle, there should be a power LED and acitivity LED. we'd want to see if those are lighting up to start. if not, try to make sure the connections are secure, that you are using a good CAT5 or CAT6 cable, or try a different port on the AP5610 if possible to rule that out. lastly, maybe try swapping out the AP5631 server module dongle with another if nothing else i mentioned works.
let us know how you make out.
