I have an SUA750XLI (and an SUA1000I).
I discovered that the actual battery float voltage was higher than indicated by the UPS, and bit to high to be good for the batteries. After some Googling I found instructions on how to enter PROG-mode and recalibrate the battery voltage gain. It worked perfect.
BUT. At some point during PROG mode I accidently turned of caps lock and sent the command "b" for version string instead of "B" for battery. Before I realised caps lock was off I pressed at least + or -, r, R and B.
I know this for sure because my reported UPS firmware is now rRB.18.I instead of 680.18.I as it should be!
This means that my AP9617 NMC-card wont recognize the UPS anymore. Crap!
Can someone please help me to change it back?
(PS. Yes, I know all to well now why PROG mode is nothing for the end user because it can wreck the UPS).
I realize this information is sensitive, so a PM would also be really appreciated.

YES!
Solved it.
My UPS firmware revision is now reported as 680.18.I.
I'm happy. 🙂

Problem was solved by entering PROG mode and inputting the correct data.
