At first, the Replace Battery LED was lit up, as shown on below photo
then i performed the self-test, after the self-test, the Replace Battery LED flashes and a short beep is emitted every two seconds, and the LED for all the Battery Charge are all off.
below is my APC UPS photo, it consist of internal and external battery pack
my questions are:
1) how do i know which battery pack required replacement?
2) why the replacement battery flashes after i performed self-test? * i checked on user manual, it says make sure the battery connection is fully engage.but i did not do anything on the UPS except press the self-test button.
please help, thank you.

Hi,

If the unit is failing the self-test it is recommended to replace the entire battery pack not individual batteries.

This indicates bad battery.
