This FUW stuck here, SRT2200XLI restart and boot normal. I think maybe the file transfer process is not complete, or the FW version is too old and needs to be upgraded in order
Can anyone help me, many thanks :3

You will need to contact APC Technical Support to obtain a older version of the FUW if available to them.
Once the system has been updated to the latest firmware version the UPS ID will change from ID 1010 to UPS ID 1025! ☝️
Document and mark the unit calling this critical information out.
If there are any external battery packs connected allow the extra time to complete. Pay special attention to the LCD Panel in case it indicates you need to press continue for the firmware process to complete.
Do not attempt to upgrade the system via USB / NMC.

Thanks a lot for the solution, I skipped USB/NMC and used Serial Cable (Connect to device) and successfully upgraded FW, no need to follow the sequence, can update from 05.3 to 15.6

Great to hear and appreciate the follow up as to the final outcome.
As a gentle reminder insure you enable / disable the serial ports required via LCD Menu.
Any external battery packs connected must be validated through the NMC for proper BCM upgrade. Failure to do so will likely result in battery disconnected errors being declared via LCD / NMC.
Lastly, any new external battery pack that isn’t at the latest firmware release will either auto update or require you to complete the UPS Firmware Update again.

Thank you for the detailed follow-up and the helpful reminders.
I’ll make sure to enable/disable the required serial ports via the LCD Menu as instructed.
I’ll also verify that all external battery packs are validated through the NMC for the proper BCM upgrade, and ensure they are running the latest firmware version to avoid any disconnection or update issues.
Appreciate your support and clear guidance on this matter.
