Hi! My APC AP5610 KVM is giving me all kinds of connection issues. I suspect this is because I am running a very early version of the firmware. Could someone message me the latest version of the appliance and SM firmware or point me to a link where I can download it? Thanks!!

Hello Michael,
That KVM has been discontinued for over 5 years, so resources are a little thin. However, please check out this forum post:

If you are interested in upgrading to our latest KVM, the replacement for that would be KVM2116P. Your current server modules will not work with the new KVM, so those would need to be replaced. If...
