Hello everyone,
I recently tried to register my APC UPS in the application, but I received an error message saying, "UPS is already registered." The system is asking me to unregister it first, but I don’t have any details on how to proceed.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? What steps should I take to resolve it? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Your options are to delete the hardware from the APC Smart Connect Portal Service.
If you’re not able to do so contact APC Technical Support and explain your intentions to have the email, hardware and subscription removed / deleted.
