NSM for UNIX AIX 5.3 Connection test has failed.

Somebody help me please,

I have a MGE SNMP/Web Card 66074 with the firmware KB (SN 49el07203),

I tried to install NSMAIXV2_6_00.BIN on AIX 5.3, i'm blocked on the NMC connection test :
