We have a SMART UPS SRT2200RMXLI.
After the successful firmware update of the built-in NMC3 AP9640 via the NMC Network Utility, the network interface is no longer available.
See message in the appendix.
What can we do to reactivate the network?

Without more detailed information the information provided will be generic in nature.
What does the LCD on the UPS indicate are the network attributes?!? Are they correct and the same as before?!?
Have you connected directly to the NMC with the supplied APC Serial cable to see if all the services are still enabled?!?
As a last measure you can format the NMC either by holding the reset button for 20 seconds or via CLI / URL.
