Hello,
We have two Galaxy UPS with old NMC2 firmwares, containing unknown apps (msu and chu), which does not appear on either ftp or web sites :
Is there a way to get up2date firmware packages ?
Best regards

Hi,
Yes, there are new firmwares for both of these UPSs. They aren't posted on our website because these upgrades have to be done by a field service engineer. And they often require the UPS themselves to also be upgraded or have a specific version on them before upgrading the Network Management Card firmware.
To get upgrades, you'll want to contact your local/regional 3ph support team to start the process to see if you're eligible for upgrades and to apply them.
Side note: the firmware apps for the UPSs have changed.. Galaxy 300 will now use 'g300' firmware app instead of 'chu' and Galaxy 7000 will use 'g7k' instead of 'msu.'
