NMC2 SUMX 6.0.6

Hi,

I have an old NMC2 card with 6.0.6, I tried updating to the latest 7.1.2 but it wont update. Since trying to update the web server no longer works.  Is it possible to get a copy of the two 6.0.6 packages so I can revert?

Hi

In my experience, especially when updating from quite old firmware to latest, completely formatting the card (press and hold the reset button for approx. 30 seconds) before the upgrade and then use either the manual FTP or Manual SCP method detailed in FA156047 is your best bet.

When the Web UI is the only part that becomes unresponsive it is often the application module of the firmware that is not working (indicated by "A!" or "A-" in the PNA status).
