The Application Is Incompatible With This APC OS error greets upon opening the webui of some of our APC UPS units.about.
Here is the non working one:

The working greets me with the login screen:

UPS model is Smart-UPS SRT 3000, both using AP9640 nmc3.


They are both using the lates firmware (though the issue was already present before upgrading):


I can log in the device via console or network through PuTTY.
This one works:

This doesn't:

Comparing the results of "about" they seem to be running the exact same firmware / versions:

As I've mentioned before, the issue was already present before upgrading UPS and NMC firmwares, but it still persists.
I have also tried formatting in BM, upgrading through FTP.
As it stands currently, we can not use network management for the devices affected at all.

I can't see any of the images you have uploaded so please insure they are visible on the forum when you load them. This assumes they aren't being held back by a moderator for review.
Regardless, what are the results of connecting directly to the NMC with a laptop and using different web browsers? What are the results connecting the the NMC with a Smart Device like cell / tablet? Lastly, have you disabled all antivirus, firewall, policies to see the results on a specific target computer???
