I can't see any of the images you have uploaded so please insure they are visible on the forum when you load them. This assumes they aren't being held back by a moderator for review.
Regardless, what are the results of connecting directly to the NMC with a laptop and using different web browsers? What are the results connecting the the NMC with a Smart Device like cell / tablet? Lastly, have you disabled all antivirus, firewall, policies to see the results on a specific target computer???
