Hello,

What is the current firmware version for APC9631 cards that will be used on 1 Phase UPSs?

We are currently running version 6.2.0 on most of ours.

The latest firmware is version 6.4.

Click on the Software & Firmware tab to access version 6.4 firmware. If your UPS is a Smart-UPS single phase you should download SFSUMX64. If your UPS is a Symmetra single phase you should download SFSY640.
