Where can I download the firmware file for the NMC 4 network card?

What is the UPS SKU / NMC SKU?!?

The UPS model is GVSUPS25K0B4F, and the model number it gives for the NMC is 0N-1555.  It does not give any SKU's.

It also has a Unit Controller model number of 0P4836AH, a Static Bypass Switch model number of 0G-SBS50KD, a System Level Controller model number of 0P4839AG, and a Power Module model number of 0G-PM50KD2

It appears the NMC 4 firmware isn’t public facing for download?!? You’ll need to contact APC Technical Support to receive the latest firmware or download link.
