Hello,
my NMC2 says "Lost Communication to the UPS".
UPS is online an running fine.
UPS Model: SMT1500RMI2U
Management Card: AP9631
Is the wrong firmware installed on the card?
Thanks for help.
Best regards

Hello
Yes i made a reset of the card already but that has not changed the behaviour.
I also removed the card of the smart slot and replugged it. Did also not work.
The card has no sensors connected to it. Only the ethernet cable is connected.
Next thing i will try is to reboot the whole UPS.
Maybe it is the UPS not the card.
Thank you.
Regards.

Hi G,
SUMX is the correct firmware revision for the SmartUPS. A few things to try, would be to first reboot the NMC by pressing the pinhole reset button on the card, and wait 2-5 minutes for the NMC to restart and try to regain comm with the UPS. If that doesnt work, then you should check to see if there are any peripherals connected anywhere in the UPS that shouldnt be there - anything int he serial port, or connected to the NMC besides the network cable.
