Eitan,
Here is a link for configuring the Network Management Card (NMC).
http://nam-en.apc.com/cgi-bin/nam_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=3061&p_created=1069703361&p...
As for the Powerchute Clients, you would need to install PowerChute Network Shutdown on each of the clients. The version will vary based on the OS on the machine. Each, during setup, will be required to verify communication with the NMC, so be sure to have the Username/Password and IP address available during install.

Hello,
It is difficult to understand your actual question, but if you are using a Network Management Card, there is no default IP. The card needs to be given an IP address, which is explained in the document linked above in this thread. Also, you would not use PowerChute Business Edition, but PowerChute Network Shutdown to gracefully shutdown the servers being powered by the UPS. Business Edition uses direct one to one communication via serial or usb cable, while Network Shutdown communicates via IP. Each Network Shutdown client will talk to the IP address you have assigned to the Network Management Card. Then you can individually configure each client to shutdown based on different events.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

If you are not local to the cards and trying to configure their initial IP addresses there are two other methods outlined in this kbase that you could attempt:
