My UPS doesnt stop after server shutdown

Hello

I have APC SMT-1500ic with network managment card and PowerChute OVA version 5.

I configure PowerChute fort shutdown server when i was on battery and after shutdown the UPS. But UPS dont start shutdown after extinction of my server.

I already  check the box turn off UPS but it didnt work.

CAn you help me please ?

Do you have the PowerChute OVA configured for a standalone ESXi host or with vCenter Server?

If configured with a standalone ESXi host, what version is the hosts and have you configured autostart /autostop? If autostart has been configured, how many VMs have been configured?

What NMC is installed in the SMT, and what is the firmware version?

My PowerChute OVA is configured for standalone ESXI host, my ESXI version is 8. Yes autostart and autostop is configured on 3 VMs on my ESX.

NMC installed model is AP9640 firmware version is UPS 16.5 (ID1027)
