1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.2.2.0 (Gauge) = 49
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.2.3.0 (Gauge) = 36
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.2.4.0 (Gauge) = 40
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.2.5.0 (Gauge) = 3
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.2.6.0 (Integer32) = 80
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.3.1.0 (Gauge) = 2400
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.3.2.0 (Gauge) = 499
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.3.3.0 (Gauge) = 368
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.3.4.0 (Gauge) = 407
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.5.1.1.0 (Integer32) = 4
Firmware:
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.1.1.1.0 (OCTET STRING) = Symmetra 160K
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.1.1.2.0 (OCTET STRING) = SYMPX160
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.1.2.1.0 (OCTET STRING) = 560.0321.I

I don't know much about this UPS but some thoughts:
- Which upsAdv OIDs are we discussing? Your walk has upsAdvOutput OIDs so I assume maybe we're talking about upsAdvInput I missed the title -- we're talking about upsAdvOutputActivePower.
Do any of your Symmetra 48k or 160k report upsAdvOutputActivePower now or in the past? As far as I can tell, it's not a measurement these UPSes support. The 160k and 48k often come with modular distribution which will report power on each breaker and subfeed under .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.22 (isxModularDistribution).
