Can anybody help me, How to upgrade MIM/RIM firmware for Symmetra PX 160 KW.

This is not something an end user can do - it must be done by an APC Field Service Engineer using special tools or a certified service partner. If you are a service partner, then you'd want to contact your APC contact for details on handling it.
