Manual Removal of PowerChute Business Edition on Windows Systems

We have installed Powerchute Business Edition 6.2.2 (server, console and agent) on Windows SBS 2011 64bit. I want to uninstall this version (because it's not working), but when I try to uninstall thrue the Control panel, nothing happens. It is still there and I cannot get it off. Any suggestions?
