I have taken delivery and installed the following
2 SMX750i UPS's
2 SMX1000i UPS's
1 SMX1500i UPS
and 1 SURDT3000xli + Extended runtime battery pack
They have all been installed and the Mgmt card 2's installed, i.p's setup hostnames, email alerts etc ok.....
On all of the 750's and 1000's when issuing a runtime calibration, the ups actions the command, but the mgmt card reports it has lost connection to the ups for the duration of the test, the 1500 and 3000 do not do this, cards are identical firmware levels.
The same thing happens when they switch to battery by turning off the mains input, but if it does i'll never receive the email alerts when the mains power does indeed go off, which is a problem
Anyone got any ideas?
