The UPS was started without any alarms; the issue is the circuit breaker in the battery bank that is not arming. Inside of the circuit breaker, the coil is not working; in this coil we need a 24 Vdc for the circuit breaker to keep armed.
The measured tension was 24 Vdc, but it’s not activating the coil.
We removed the coil and tested it by applying 24Vdc, and it seemed to be working fine. Our conclusion for now is that the UPS power is insufficient to activate the coil.
In the HMI there are no alarms and the system apparently works well. Only the power for the battery is not supplied because the circuit breaker is switched off (problem described above).

I have face an exact problem, battery breaker are not armed.
2X GALAXY 5500 60kva, 400v 3Ph.
error code: 7-5-17.

Try to use a battery's tester for testing it.

comentare que si estas utilizado un tablero externo para las baterias este breaker debe estar controlado por los conectores de la NTN si me respondes a este mensaje seguire ampliando la informacion
