I wonder what can cause this failure that generates the alarm "internal CAN comunication fault" will be can be bad connections at inputs and outputs CAN or components of GDEN, MIZNUS or CHAAN plates? Any suggestions. Remembering that this happens from time to time. 15 to 15 days.

Hello,
I am not sure if anyone else is able to answer here from experience but our support team that monitors the forum is not really able to support this UPS unfortunately. I also asked our EMEA support team who may have been more familiar with this UPS but they also suggested contacting the local support team in your area for expertise and the quickest answer.
