Hi everyone.
We have an MGE Galaxy 3000 with the following alarms: (1) Rectifier Internal Fault; (2) Battery CB 1 open; (3) Battery Temp. Fault
Can you please recommend, If I will send this for repair or buy a new one instead (APC unit maybe) ?
Thanks all!

This is problem with the rectifier diode circuit you must check the components in this.

A couple of things happened
1) You had an actual battery temperature fault. When this happens the Battery breaker opens and you will get a rectifier fault displayed
2) The battery temperature sensor broke or came unwired which could cause the same indications as above
3) You have an actual rectifier fault which caused the battery breaker to open and I think the battery temp sense could be monitored on the rectifier..
In the end you will need to contact your local support region to have them dispatch a technician.

i am going to delete your other thread. i asked an APC support rep that is familiar with this UPS about your question and they encouraged you to call APC (MGE) customer support in your region immediately for this issue. i am not familiar with this UPS so I am unsure personally what this means.
anyone else can feel free to post if they are familiar with this.
