MGE Galaxy 5000 80KVA UPS

Dear All,

We have a Galaxy 80KVA UPS Install new and we need to start this UPS and it's giving alarm BYPASS OUTGOING TOLERANCE OUT OF RANGE.
If there is configuration, please advice who we can configure to start the UPS.

I am waiting reply from any one.

As i know to start this UPS need to set some parameter in (Personilization section) with software that we need to install on PC but i could not found this software (UPS SOFT TUNER) If some one has this software please give me.

You can not personalise a galaxy 5000 yourself, and the unit will not operate without a personalisation. it must be conducted by an APC technician on your site. APC will not give you their software and you will not find it on the internet, pay for a start up service and you wouldnt have this problem.
