MGE Galaxy 3000 20kVa - battery temperature sensor faulty alarm
Hi all,
Could you please give advise where is the connector and the temperature sensor for this MGE Galaxy 3000 model?\
Currently we have a battery temperature sensor faulty alarm and could not reset it by pressing the reset buttons.
The air-cond for UPS was down, room temperature was very hot and giving this alarm to us. Now the room is cool down which is around 18 degree but this alarm still persist.
I tried to clear this alarm by pressed and hold the reset button, not work.
Turn off main power to UPS, shutdown command to shutdown UPS, turned it on again, still not work.
Then I went to check the measurement tab and found the temperature is showing -34 degree which is totally wrong.
I opened the battery cabinet at 2 sides but there is no sensor there. I was expecting to see some kind of PT100 sensor but there is nothing.
May I ask where is this battery temperature sensor ? Is there any electrical diagram for this?
