We have quite a few AP8867. I think i installed the wrong firmware on few of them.
the reason i say wrong firmware because it states on top UPS Network Management Card 2, while i dont have a UPS but it is a PDU. I keep seeing also "Local Management-To-NMC Integrated EM Sensor Communication Lost: Universal I/O at Port 1" also as an error.
I dont see any power data anymore in the webpages so that makes me think i got the wrong firmware.
I have seen enough online documents about factory reset and manually uploading the Bootrom/bin files but i cannot seem to find anything like those files anymore. i am assuming i should be using apc_hw21_rpdu2g_2-5-2-5 files but they dont have any of the files that i can use after factory reset (pressing reset for 20+ seconds)
i am lost at this point and need a direction.

This resource link provides the current firmware for the RPDU with the embedded NMC 3:
If your hardware was using the embedded NMC 2. You will need to contact APC Technical Support to obtain the last release for the same.
It’s clear to me you have little experience dealing with APC hardware. More specifically regarding the firmware process and the dangers that come with attempting the same!
Firmware updates on the following hardware devices are dangerous and can cost you and the company time, resources, and finances: ATS, UPS, PDU
Firmware should only be done to address security, bugs, feature enhancements while in warranty and over the phone with APC Technical Support.
Attempting a firmware update on any of the three hardware devices noted up above can and will result in a bricked system.
All firmware updates must be done directly via the supplied proprietary serial cable included with the hardware or one you’ve made and validated to work.
Depending upon the hardware type a stepped upgrade must be done as APC is truly terrible in firmware management and handling! ☝️
Meaning if the target device is on 2.XX you should (NOT) jump to 4-5.XX firmware! Unlike the standard NMC which can be flashed with incorrect firmware and reflashed with the correct version.
At this point you have less than 50% chance of recovering the unit without directly connecting and inserting the correct boot, iOS, App.
