Lost the local network management interface-to-UPS communication
I have a UPS X1000 with a network management interface board.
I'm getting messaged logged on the board and on the syslog server
Lost the local network management interface-to-UPS communication. 0x0102
These seem to be associated with getting bursts of
UPS: Compensating for a high input voltage. 0x010D
& UPS: No longer compensating for a high input voltage. 0x010E
messages.
While this is happening I'm getting a lot of noise from the UPS as the relays kick in and out.
The UPS is handling this OK, and the computers are all quite happy, but the network management board in the UPS is losing contact with the rest of the unit.
Has anyone else encountered this? I can't find any postings of similar problems.

can you get me the model and serial number and firmware from the NMC? This is within the network management web interface under Administration->General->About.
I'd also like the UPS information from UPS tab->About section on the web UI. i think i might be able to help you once I know where we are at firmware and hardware wise.
thanks!
P.S. - if you'd like, it might help to give us a full event.txt file via FTP. instructions are here if you need help-> http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9321 (i wont need config.ini or data.txt i don't think).
