Lost Communication to the UPS

I have a SMT2200VA with SmartConnect network card.  I recently updated the firmware on it using the updated software (updated to the latest version of the firmware per the updating software).  I rebooted the UPS and can longer see anything related tot he UPS from the web ui.  I tried unplugging everything and powering off the UPS and then pulling the power.  I also reseated the AP9630 card in the back.  No luck.

 

I couldn't find the associated product.

Which web UI are your referring to? The SmartConnect cloud portal or the AP9630? 

What is the serial number of the UPS?

What firmware is installed on the AP9630?

That UPS is not SmartConnect enable. The serial number is from 2014 and the model is SMT2200RM2U. We release Smart Connected UPS in 2018 and the new model would be SMT2200RM2UC. 

 

 

Can you log into the NMC using SSH or Telnet and if so what does the status show?

As an FYI: The NMC is running old firmware. The latest release is 7.0.4

How do I get a status?  Telnet in and type system?  I'm not seeing it easily.
