I guess I flashed this with the wrong version of the software. I used 3.7.2 dp3e installer and I cannot get any sort of battery info. On the UPS tab I get a handy message that says "Lost communication to the UPS." How should I go about correcting the situation? Should I just go ahead and try the sumx version of the software? I have attached a screenshot of what i am dealing with on the ups itself.

Hi Khue,
May I know which UPS do you have that Network Management Card Installed? It should be under UPS tab and then About. Firmware version of card also depends on which UPS it is installed.

I have attached a picture of the information under the section that you requested. Unfortunately that info is not available. Luckily we have several of these devices and I believe the model is Smart-UPS 1000 RM. The picture named ups4.png is an example of the type that we have, but not the one with the issue. It is functioning and from a different location.

Haha, I just had to say I love the screenshots.
As you've already discovered, you just have the wrong firmware, so yes, reflash with the SUMX version and happiness should be restored. 😉

Just updating the post. I was finally able to run the SUMX firmware on all of my devices and it fixed the issue. Thanks again for the help.
