Loss of communication with the network card

Product - SRT8KXLT
Network card version - AP9537SUM
Network card firmware version - 7.0.8
UPS firmware version - 04.7 (ID1014)
Connection to the UPS - ethernet cable.
So, after you set the correct time in the settings, the connection to the network card is lost. By default, the UPS is set to January 1, 2021. After that, only resetting the network card helps. On the UPS screen, I also cannot change the time. What to do?

And perhaps there is a more recent firmware for the UPS?

I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are having.  I do see that your UPS is ID1014 with 04.7 firmware running on it.  To start with, you may want to try upgrading the firmware to UPS15.0.  I have provided the FAQ article below for your perusal.

How do I update the firmware of my CSH, SCL, SMC, SMT, SMTL, SMX, SRT, SRTL, XP and XU series Smart-...

Hello! thanks for the help. Everything works well. Updated to version 15.0 and now the clock works correctly.

Also I wanted to ask. Is it possible to replace the power distribution board with the one used in the UPS SRT8KXLI? If so, could you give me the part number.

Hi @Piopi

You are welcome and I was happy that I was able to help.  Regarding your question about the backplate/output receptacles of the UPS, unfortunately, I was not able to find an available hardware/backplate that is compatible with the UPS.

What I can suggest though is either you utilize the hardwire output of the UPS and connect it to a downstream breakers/panels and then to the IEC outlets or, getting the SRT8KXLT-IEC version which I think would be an expensive route for you.

Currently, I also faced a similar problem. I tried many solutions: I looked at the event logs, connected the monitoring service https://www.host-tracker.com/en  but I could not find the reason. After that I came across your thread on the forum and did the same as you. This solved the problem. Thank you for sharing your experience.
