Hi,
A company that I work for has several AP9225 master switches. Does any know of a good replacement to function the same way and is IA compliant?
Thanks,
Ryan

Oh ok.
Well yes, there are ports/services enabled by default (DHCP, Telnet, FTP, etc) that can be changed as well as disabled and then we also use ephemeral ports for source ports on certain items. And yes, all of the Switched Rack PDUs support SNMPv3.

Are you referring to TIA compliance?
MasterSwitches have been replaced by Switched Rack PDUs which are all listed here -> http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=70
Once I know more about the compliance you are referring to, I can speak more to that, but I am going to say the answer is "no" to IA compliance for now..

Angela,
What I mean by Information Assurance (IA) compliant is: This is for the government program and it can not have any unopen ports. We run the gold disk on the system to verify compliance. Also, are they running SNMP v3 because It is currently compliant?
Thanks,
Ryan
