Looking for the Firmware upgrade on SMT1000RM2U and SMT750C

[SR2024]

Does anyone know if I can upgrade these? I am having a hard time finding the firmware. The only one I am finding is SMT1000RM2UC. Not sure if that will work with the one I have SMT1000RM2U with no "C".

If this hardware is still under warranty please contact APC Technical Support (Live) over the phone to complete this critical task! ☝️

Should anything go wrong they can assist in a break fix / RMA of the unit. If the hardware is (NOT) in warranty you have a better than 50% chance of bricking a perfectly functioning system. 🤦‍♂️☹️

The link above includes the latest (FUW) Firmware Upgrade Wizard. The software will present you with the correct firmware once connected.
