See attached jpeg. My log has "Available runtime has been exceeded" directly followed by "Available runtime is sufficient". Where should I look to fix this?

hmm let me ask a couple questions to see what we can figure out.
is the event log off of the PCNS (powerchute network shutdown) client? what UPS are you using with this? assuming this is the event log from PCNS, what is the total runtime available for your UPS from the network management card? what is your low battery duration set to in the network management card?
it sounds like maybe the runtime is "teetering" around a certain part where the runtime isnt sufficient for the client to shutdown which may be related to the items i asked you to look at.
let us know what you find! thanks

hmm ok, we are currently at PCNS 2.2.3 and APC AOS/APP for Smart UPS & Matrix 3.6.1/3.5.5.
are you willing to upgrade incase these are erroneous messages? if not, we can maybe start be rebooting the management interface on the network management card and restarting the PCNS service on the machine.

Will an upgrade require a restart on the clients? UPS ?

neither requires a reboot. the network card will reboot inside of the UPS but it will not reboot the load power wise.

Yes, its from the client. I have 4 clients connected to this UPS, all logs show the same. But the UPS network card log does not show those messages.
Runtime available on the UPS is 35 minutes, low battery duration on the management card is 8 minutes.
It is a 2200XL
Attached is a screen shot of the configured events for one of my clients. I know I can turn off the event from showing up in the log, but I'd like to know why its happening.
