I am facing problem in the unit model SYCF160KH installed with one XR and without XR PDU. Its Load Powerd LED on front power view display not glowing. LED is OK because when UPS start up all display LED's illuminates. Is any configuration to illuminate or any other issue.
Regards
Mukhtar

I am not really familiar with this UPS personally so I asked. It could be a display issue. The suggestion I had was to reboot the Network Management Card (since it is where the display connects). I am also not 100% sure if you can disconnect the RJ-45 cable from the display after too in order to power cycle the display itself but my educated guess tells me yes. Could try that too.

Is the UPS outputting power currently? Is it online or in bypass? Are any other LEDs list?
