Hi all,
Just noticed on one of my Smart-UPS 1500RM, before I started the re-calibration the load on the unit was 50%. After the re-calibration was running the load droped to 34.4%, this unit is at a remote location but I don't think that any devices dropped off. I also noticed this on another unit doing the same thing last week.
Is this normal or is there someother problem.
Serial number: AS0826132039
Sumx: 3.7.2
AOS: 3.7.3
H/W: Rev A10
Thanks
Phil

Hi Phil,
Can you provide the logs (event.txt, data.txt, config.ini) for your UPS Network Management Card so we can review them? This could be a coincidence if you're saying no load was actually removed. The logs can show us a history of the load and if any flucutations previously. If it is not obvious, let us know where to look time/date wise for when you started the calibration.
