I am really lost.

I want to bid this rack for a customer. But, I still need power plugs, KB, trays ... it just seems like the pricing does not include everything else.

Is there a laundry list somewhere - so I can make sure all the pieces are there?

Mike, are you using the "rack configurator" on APC's website? If you do, you can select anything that will fit in a rack, and it will show up on a final bill of materials.
