Hi All,
Recently, SRT3000XLI ups report this warning on network management card as follows "Battery near end of life. Order replacement battery, APCRBC152, for the internal pack, cartridge 1".Then I report this issue to local APC support ,but local APC tech think that this warning may be ignored in this moment. However, this warning was occurred frequently on network management card
Therefore I would like to know that Is it available to disable this warning on network management card
Please Advise
Thanks,
Best Regards
John

How old is the UPS? The year of manufacture will be the 3rd and 4 characters of the serial number, the YY in xxYYnnnnnnnn? If the UPS is more than 3 years old or has been run at elevated ambient temperatures, you may well need new batteries.
Has the reported runtime on the unit decreased over time (if you have been keeping track of it)?
