Dear fellows,
we are operating 36 SURT8000xli in 36 different locations. During the warranty we have exchanged 16 of them with inverter fault. Could you please advise what is the problem?
The UPSs feed normal servers and network devices. Their load is no more than 60%.
The majority was constructed between the 26 and 38 week of 2011.
Please for your advice.

Well from my standpoint, I am going to let them handle it. Dealing with an inverter fault will require logs, details on load, UPS input, etc and I think they are in process of gathering that from you to better understand the issue.
If anyone else would like to chime in, feel free to do so.

Did you also contact our technical support team? I did see something relating to this issue being handled already.

Of course I have been contacted the customer support. But, any other idea is more than acceptable.
