Intel Arc Graphics Issue on Rack Server - Need Help Troubleshooting

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with my Intel Arc Graphics card on my rack server and I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot. I'm running the server on a Windows Server 2019 OS.

The issue I'm experiencing is that when I try to use the graphics card to run certain applications or games, the system crashes and shuts down unexpectedly. I've tried updating the drivers and checking the system temperature, but the problem persists.

I'm not sure if this is a compatibility issue with my server or if there's something else causing the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue or any similar experiences they can share?
