SMART UPS SURT 1000 Old Firmware Upgrade

Hi All

I have a quite a few Mart UPS Surt 1000 and i want to upgrade the firmware on them but I don't know where I can find them as I'm running Firmware 411.8 I which is very old.  It doesn't show any ID.  They are using management 2 network cards and I cant see firmware update button the gui

The model UPS is not eligible for firmware upgrades.

The list below show the eligible models.

Smart-UPS models with the prefixes CSH, SCL, SMC, SMT, SMTL, SMX, SRT, SRTL, XP, and XU 

These models are not eligible

Models with the prefixes SRC, SU, SUA, SUM, SURT, SURTA, SURTD
