I was unaware that the software I was running would not allow special characters and unfortunately I updated the existing admin password with a password combining special characters.
If I added for example ^- as part of the password how would the device interpret them. I have tried to access the device remotely omitting them but it did not work.
I am concerned that the only way around this is by performing the recovery using the reset button locally unfortunately this is on numerous devices company wide. I am hoping someone can tell me otherwise.
