We've recently got our Smart-UPS RT 20000 RM XL hard-wired by our facility management. At first we had error messages that there are no batteries attached, which disappeared after a couple of hours. Our initial tests seem to indicate that everything else seems to work. I've connected a device to the UPS and it got power, the batteries show as connected and fully powered.
We still have the follow error message:
Input Voltage Or Frequency Cannot Support Bypass
UPS: An input voltage or frequency problem prevents switching to bypass mode.
I've attached screenshots of the status and about screens and the eventlog. I have no clue where to go from here. Is the UPS wired wrong or do we have to change a setting somewhere?
Any piece of advice is greatly appreciated.

Looks like you have no input to the bypass. If the unit is set up as single input and the jumpers aren't installed you'll have the issues your describing. You can see if your screen shot that the bypass voltage is 0.4V

Pg 9 shows the input wiring configurations for single or dual input.
