Dear All,
We have just recently concluded the installation of our infrastruxure system with a InfraStruXure® PDU 40kW 400V/400V W/ MBP (PD40H5HK1-M) and a Symmetra PX 20kW Scalable to 40kW N+1, 208V UPS. The installation went well and the startup was fine.
Some time after we started getting these messages from the UPS 'UPS: An input voltage or frequency problem prevents switching to bypass mode' which we attributed to frequency fluctuations from the power generators and of course these resolve after the frequency issue is gone.
The problem is that, yesterday the following errors showed up on the Infrastruxure PDU:
PDU: Internal Comm Error
PDU: Meter Data Mismatch [NMC:3 MTR:0]
Does anyone know how to set this straight?
Your answer will be highly appreciated.
thank you.

The 940-0103 cable is a null modem cable, and follows normal null modem pinout specifications, and is DB9-DB9 f/f. Since the null modem pinout is not proprietary I can give you the following info:
End1 Pin2 to End2 Pin3
End1 Pin3 to End2 Pin2
End1 Pin5 to End2 Pin5
End1 Shell to End2 Shell
Other pins No Connection.
Keep in mind no other info on the cable can be provided and you cannot access the unit still, you will need to contact your regional phone support for more help, or call the three phase number I provided.

Most often this issue can be solved by reflashing the main PDU FW. Please call into our Three-Phase tech support team and they will work with you to obtain the model # and firmware info on your PDU and provide you with the correct upgrade to solve the problem.
Our Three-Phase team can be reached at: 1-877-287-7835.

Dear sir,
Thank you for your reply but another issue just surfaced, we cant tell what happened but the configured administrative account password does not work. We are resolved to perform the password recovery procedure on it and this brings us to another problem we cant seem to find the
APC 940-0103 cable nor can we verify that it came with the unit.
We were wondering if we could get the APC 940-0103 cable pinouts, we would have purchased the cable, but in Africa here everything takes a while to arrive. Due to the critical nature of this issue, we are hoping that with the pinouts we would be able to fabricate the cable and rectify the fault with the unit.
Pleas Help!!!
