Hello,

I have InRow SC, recenlty one of the front fans just stopped working for whatever reason. I ended up replacing it with another fan from APC. Perfect all fans are working again. Now I am having this issue where the unit keeps turning itself off and on even though all my configuration is set to keep the unit on. About 6 months ago I did have a issue witht he compressor going out on the unit, but that was replaced and everything has been running fine.

It almost seems to me that the firmware or the unit software is making the unit turn off the fans and the compressor. The software has been updated with the latest firmware and software so I am at a loss.

Can any throw any suggestions my way, as to what might be my problem?

Chances are there's something in the configuration that's being overlooked.

I would recommend contact APC Cooling Support.
