IP Adress Configuration and Communication issues with PDU.
Hello.
I am currently attempting to configure a new APC PDU device - AP7920B - from scratch. I have downloaded the configuration utility and am connecting through an ethernet cable. I can find the device with the associated Mac Address and inputted the desired IP Address for the device. However, I am unable to establish communication with this device - I cannot ping it or access https://xx.xx.xx.xx. When assessing the ARP cache through the command window the device is shown with desired MAC and IP address as static.
When configuring directly from the command window the same happens where device is seemingly configured with desired IP address however communication is not established. I do not have the means to connect to the device through serial comms.
Any assistance with the matter would be appreciated. Thank you!!
