Dear Members;
Sorry for a stupid question.....
I have heard that IBM eSERVER UPS's series was acquired by APC....The issue i am facing now is that i have an IBM UPS 1500 THV eSERVER...and when i connect a serial cable to manage it from a PowerChute Server it shuts off...This is due to a non-standard serial cable being used....
Pls can anyone suggest what serial cable should i use...should i contact IBM now...or will APC serial cables do the job....
