Solved: I cannot find the product ID and Product code on my SMARTUPS SRT 5000VA RM 208V - SRT5KRMXLT

I have checked all over, and on the box, none of the labels read product ID or Product Code. Is it on the bottom of the device?

Does your hardware have a green RJ45 Ethernet port as seen here:

If not, the hardware isn’t Smart Connect capable.
