I have taken over a Small Business Server and someone had installed Powerchute Personal 1.5 as well as Powerchute Business 8.x. Not sure why it was done, but I am upgrading to the newest version of Powerchute so I uninstalled the Business version, but when I try to uninstall the personal version, nothing happens. It is still there and I cannot get it off. Any suggestions?

Is the system 64 or 32 bit? Once I have that information I will provide the steps directly to you on how to clean PCPE up.
