Hi,
Please, help! How to set up the time of automatic turn on the Smart-UPS SMT2200 without PCBE after a power restore?
Where for Main Outlets the option 'Turn on outlet group automatically when AC utility power returns'?
There are only such options for Main Outlets Config: Turn On Delay, Turn Off Delay, Reboot Duration, Minimum Return Time.
But they do not affect the automatic turning on of the UPS.
Under the control of the PCBE, when the server is turned on, shutting down the UPS when the power is interrupted and automatically turning on the UPS when power is restored without any problems.
At the moment, when server and PCBE are not running, with a loss of power, the UPS turn off (Main Outlet and Group 1) according to settings Load Shed on Battery. When the power is restored, the UPS does not turn on automatically.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,

If you use the load shed feature they would stay off until you turn them (or the UPS) back on. If you leave the UPS at defaults the UPS would turn off when the battery is exhausted and then turn back on when input power is restored.

Hi Mark,
I apologize for the delay. Any time you need immediate assistance, please contact your local technical support team. Contact info can be found at support.apc.com
For your unit, you can configure the individual outlet groups to turn off after "X" amount of time, but unfortunately the UPS will not go to sleep unless you are using PowerChute to shut down servers. With PowerChute (Business Edition or Network Shutdown if you have a Network Management Card installed) the UPS would go to sleep after shutting down the configured servers and then turn back on when power was restored (after waiting for any configured delays...)
Hope this helps,
Liam

Thanks for the answer.
If I understood correctly without the functionality of the PCBE program, the UPS cannot be configured independently so that it automatically turns on all outlet groups when power returns?

It will turn on all outlets automatically by default whether or not you use PCBE. You just cannot configure the UPS to go to sleep before the battery runs out without PCBE.

And if the sockets are turned off at the interval of the option Load Shed on Battery does the UPS turn off completely when the power returns, the sockets will not turn on automatically until the UPS is turned on manually? All right?
And customize the outlet groups will not solve the problem?
